we will track incoming Flight and our staff will  Meet and Greet you. One of us will meet the arriving Passenger/s outside Baggage Claim Area with passenger's Name Sign and escort to the awaiting vehicle.  Additional $ 45 will be charged for this service.

AIRPORT PICKUP GUIDE
 
TERMINAL 1:

Our dispatcher will monitor incoming flights and a driver will be waiting for you at Toronto Pearson Airport to provide you with the best
service possible. We do, however, recommend that you contact our office prior to the flight to report flight cancellations to avoid
late cancellation charges.

INTRUCTION:
  1. Pick up luggage and clear customs.
  2. Proceed to pre-arranged limousine pick-up area at Post B.
  3. See the commissioner at the post, give him your name, and ask that your Airmax car be called in from the waiting area. Your car
    will arrive shortly after being paged.

Cancellation Policy :
All changes are to be made 24 hours in advance. For any cancellation, 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, notice is required or a 50% fee will apply.

No Shows will be charged in full.
